Registration Fees

Registration fees are expressed in euros. Early-bird rates apply to payments made by April 17, 2027

To register, you must first create an account and accept the terms of use on the registration website. Once logged in, select “My Congress” to begin the registration process. You will then be asked to select your registration type, enter your billing information, and complete the payment.

The registration fees do not include VAT. Please note that all delegates are required to pay the Italy VAT (22%) on the registration fee. If you are from an EU country, please kindly contact your tax authority for more information about VAT refunds.

Registration fees include

Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunch, the reception, and the conference dinner.

Speakers

Speakers are required to complete their registration by 17 April 2026 in order for their presentation to be included in the Conference Programme.

Student registration

Attendees registering at the student rate must send, by email to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair confirming that they are enrolled as full-time students.

Payment confirmation

A payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your payment has been successfully processed.

Refund policy

Non-author registrants who are unable to attend and do not provide a substitute will be eligible for a refund of their registration fee, subject to a €120 cancellation fee, provided that the refund request is submitted in writing by 20 July 2026. After this date, registrants will be liable for the full registration fee and no refunds will be issued.

Please note that no refunds will be issued to author registrants.
